Artwork Guidelines

Good artwork helps us produce a clean proof and avoid delays.

Preferred files

Best: AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF with fonts outlined.
Accepted: transparent PNG or high-resolution JPG at 300 DPI at the intended print size.

Preparation

Use solid spot colors for simple pad-print or screen-print logos.
Convert fonts to outlines or include the font name.
Avoid very fine lines, tiny reversed text, gradients, and low-resolution screenshots.
Tell us the required print color, placement, deadline, and any brand color references.

Printing method

The suitable method and printable area depend on the product shape, material, logo detail, and number of colors. We confirm the method and placement in the digital proof rather than promising one process for every product.

Proof approval

We review submitted artwork and prepare a digital layout before production. Check spelling, orientation, placement, colors, product, and quantity carefully. Production begins only after approval.
