Launch service area
Online checkout currently supports delivery to United States addresses. Destinations outside the United States are quote-only during the initial launch. Remote areas and United States territories may require confirmation before production.
Production time
Production normally takes 7–15 business days after the order details and digital artwork proof are approved. Complex artwork, special packaging, material availability, holidays, and larger quantities can require additional time. We confirm any material change before production.
Shipping method and tracking
Orders normally ship from China by tracked air service. Transit time begins after production is complete and is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking is provided when the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes
Shipping charges are shown during checkout or confirmed before production. Duties and import taxes are included only when the checkout or written order confirmation expressly states that they are included. The buyer is responsible for charges not expressly included.
Addresses and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete commercial or residential delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Contact us before shipment if an address correction is required. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
Delays and claims
Customs inspections, weather, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. For visible loss or damage, retain the packaging and contact us promptly with photos, the shipping label, and the affected quantity.
