These Terms govern use of the Jinyu Novelty online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store.

Store and account information

You must provide accurate billing, delivery, contact, and company information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

Custom orders and artwork approval

After an order is reviewed, we prepare or confirm a digital artwork proof. Production begins only after approval. You are responsible for checking artwork, spelling, colors, placement, product, quantity, delivery information, and other specifications before approving the proof. Changes requested after approval may be unavailable.

Rights to submitted artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, trademark, design, image, name, and other material submitted to us. You authorize Jinyu Novelty and its production partners to use those materials solely to review, proof, manufacture, fulfill, support, and document your order. We may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or unsafe.

Products and manufacturing tolerances

We aim to represent products accurately. Screens, lighting, raw materials, printing processes, and normal production conditions can cause reasonable differences in color, texture, dimensions, print position, and appearance. Samples and digital proofs are references and do not eliminate normal manufacturing tolerances.

Prices, payment, and order acceptance

Store prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are included only when expressly shown. An order is subject to review for artwork feasibility, inventory, destination, compliance, and obvious pricing or configuration errors. If we cannot accept an order or a material correction is required before production, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund.

Production, shipping, cancellations, and claims

Production timing starts after proof approval. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Cancellations, shipping, damage claims, returns, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy linked from this store.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit malicious code, scrape it in violation of applicable law, impersonate another person, or use it to order unlawful or infringing products.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Jinyu Novelty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from store use or an order. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
