Custom-made products
Jinyu Novelty products are produced to the artwork and specifications approved for each order. Because customized goods cannot normally be resold, approved custom orders are final sale except where products arrive damaged, materially defective, or materially different from the approved proof.
Cancellations and changes
You may request a cancellation or change before approving the digital artwork proof. Once the proof is approved, production may begin immediately and the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Damage or manufacturing issues
Contact max@jinyunovelty.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, clear photos or video, the affected quantity, shipping label, and packaging. Please keep the products and packaging until the claim is resolved.
After verification, we may rework or reproduce the affected quantity, provide a proportional refund or credit, or offer another appropriate remedy. Minor variations normally associated with custom production, screen-to-print color differences, customer-approved spelling or artwork, and carrier delays are not manufacturing defects.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
